Aquarium

Aquarium at your car door? Saw this at a car show in SM Pampanga on our way back to Manila from Zambales. Maybe, not a bad way to entertain other commuters during a heavy traffic?

Sensitive skin

Noticed the cow under the tree? That's the main reason why farmers can't get them to substitute a hardworking carabao. It's not that they're lazy, they just can't stand being exposed under the sun for a long time. Hindi kasi sila balat-kalabaw. :P

Misty

The rain and the strong wind brought by the typhoon last week did not stop us from noticing this view from our hotel room. We thought those trees from far behind are pine trees.

And I believe they're indeed pine trees.

It was planned a month ago so even if it was raining, that didn't stop us from traveling to Zambales last weekend. We made a reservation at Anawangin but upon arriving, we were informed that they're closing the resort due to the typhoon. They gave us back our money. We had no choice but to look for another resort. We found one at Subic, where these photos were taken.

Little Driver
Maybe not as dangerous than I thought. Just took this photo a few minutes ago. The kid seems to be enjoying the ride.

Taho: Strawberry flavor
Strawberry flavored taho? That's only in Baguio. We tried some at Mines View park.

Green things growing
Rice shortage? No. Definitely not for the farmers who keep and own these farms. Taken few months before harvest time, this photo shows a small portion of some rice fields that extend for kilometers. The solid green color mesmerizes me.

Below is a mini rice terraces at a foot of a mountain.

Shy, silent, ambitious, rude, boring, snub, serious. I don’t make much noise. I’m not exactly garrulous, and I stand out as a loner.
